Estimated Mileage and costs

Here you go guys.
Some of this might not be too accurate.
I added 100 miles ( LEWAY miles )
I used my dads old address in Hyde Park as a starting point and I used a sample address in Denton to see the Ideal Mileage.
Please take a look and feel free to correct me.

Austin to Denton - Total Estimated Time: 3 hours 42 minutes
Total Estimated Distance: 223.76 miles

DENTON TO KANSAS CITY - Total Estimated Time: 7 hours 56 minutes

SHFL to Austin ( test location ( dads old house ) )
Total Estimated Time: 2 hours 51 minutes
Total Estimated Distance: 167.25 miles

Total Mileage ( + 100 extra miles ) = 2688.03

Raw Mileage : 2588.03
Average Gas Cost : 2.15

MPG: About 10
2688.03 / 10 = 268.803
Multiply by Avg. Gas Cost - 2.15
= 577.926 ?
Divided by 10 people = 57.79 a person?

  1. thank you so much dieter this is wonderful, did you add just one hundred extra miles to the end total, or did you add a certain number of leway miles to each day? i think 100 miles is a safe number to add to the total.
and is 10 mpg what we are going to get with fully loaded trailer and 10 people?
or how can we find that mpg out?
thanks so much dieter, everything here looks good
